Track-day operations
From sign-up
to pit-out
Trackside runs registration, group sheets, and logger rentals for track-day organizations.
Integration levels
Start where you are
Run your whole track day on Trackside, or only the part you need.
-
Full
Your website and registration
Trackside hosts your site and sells your days: entries by group, passes, coaching, and add-ons. Rosters and group sheets come with it.
-
Operations
Keep your current registration
Keep taking registrations and payments the way you do now. Bring riders in by CSV or add them by hand, then run groups, rosters, and group sheets in Trackside.
-
Rentals
Loggers for your riders
Rent out the LapBrain Trackside logger and activate each rental at the gate. Add rentals to Full or Operations, or run them on their own.
Event day
A day at the track
One rider’s day, from booking to the debrief, and what Trackside does at each step.
-
Weeks before
Registration
The rider picks a day and a group on your site, adds coaching or a logger rental, and pays. Each group stops selling at the cap you set.
-
Morning
Group sheets
Print a sheet for every group: riders by last name, coaches, add-ons, and balances due, with boxes for check-in and tech.
-
At the gate
Logger rental
Staff hand over a LapBrain Trackside logger and activate it against the rider’s registration. The rider scans its code to start the day in LapBrain.
-
On track
Riding
The logger records every session. Group moves and walk-ups go straight onto the roster.
-
That evening
Debrief
The rider opens LapBrain to go through every session of the day. The rental includes LapBrain Pro for that day’s sessions.
